Can You See Who Views Your Instagram Posts?
With so many different options available to Instagram users, enabling them to track engagement and profile growth across the app, it’s fair to assume that there’s a setting for every piece of information going.
Unfortunately however, the number of views that an Instagram post on your grid or newsfeed has had is not currently information that you can find on Instagram.
The reason for this is unknown – as yes, it is completely possible and very easy to see who likes and engages with that post. Viewer figures are, however, out of bounds.
If you, as a user, want to be able to see who has viewed a certain piece of content, the best thing to do is to share that content on your story – either as a brand new story, or by sharing a link to the grid post in your story.
This way, you can at least check visibility as well as engagement, and work out whether a specific user has seen your post via your story update.
We hope this helps! Watch this space for more information as and when Instagram releases new functions such as tracking profile and grid post visibility – but for now you’ll have to make do with story viewing figures and engagement tracking.
