How to Get Invited to Instagram Reels Bonus

The Instagram Reels Play bonus feature is a tool which invites Instagram Creators to monetise their reels – making money based on how many views a reel gets.

The main goal behind the feature from Instagram’s perspective is to is to invest more in content creators and give them a platform through which they can both establish a valuable profile and earn money directly from the platform.

For the creators themselves, accessing the feature is a no-brainer – especially when they are already so attuned to creating reels and other forms of content which evoke high viewer numbers.

But how do you unlock this feature for your own account?

Well, when the feature was first launched, the Instagram Reels Play Bonus was exclusively by invite only. On top of that, creators had to have fewer than one million followers, operate a professional account, and follow Instagram’s policies with regards to security and content creation.

Finally, invites have – to date – remained firmly within the United States. What’s more, since March 2023, the feature has been shut down, continuing to honour those already a part of the scheme but ceasing to send out any new invites.

Luckily, creators have a plethora of other tools and features at their disposal to build their profile!
