Going live on TikTok is one of the best ways of engaging and interacting directly with your followers. - First you need to head to the TikTok site on your browser, and sign into the app.

- A dropdown menu should appear – with one of the options being ‘TikTok Live Studio’. Click on this.
- You will then be taken to a page which invites you to download the TikTok Live Studio for Windows app.
- Once downloaded, you need to sign into your TikTok account to get the Live Studio app up and running.
- As soon as the app is up and running, you’re ready to start exploring the Live Studio and unlocking some of the tools and features that are designed to enhance your experience.
Just some of the things that you can and should look to do before starting your live stream is understand the different functions and choose between a landscape or portrait streaming screen.
You can then connect your camera, set some goals, and finally Go Live to all your followers!
Suffice to say, going Live on a PC is not quite as simple as it is on a smartphone or portable device – however, it is 100% possible and can be a really great option for those who want to create more stability and a more permanent set up for filming.
