What Does WRD Mean on TikTok?

There are some abbreviations and acronyms on TikTok that hide fully formed sentences – and others which deliver a shorthand version of a single word.

WRD is one of the latter, with these three letters used in place of a (strangely) short word of just four letters in total.

Any guesses what it might be?

WRD stands for Word on TikTok.

How Is WRD Used on TikTok?

It could be that the abbreviation has very little to do with the term it stands for, and more to do with how it is used.

WRD on TikTok is not used in reference to a single word. Rather, it is used as a way of agreeing with someone or expressing approvement or affirmation.

When a user adds ‘WRD’ to a comment, they are saying that something is ‘great’ or ‘cool’.
