This is where you will find both the email addresses and contact numbers that are linked to your account.
How to Change or Update Your Email Address on Facebook
Before we share the process of changing your email address, let’s first consider why it’s important to keep this email address and contact information up to date.
While you may not regularly use your email address to log into Facebook, especially if you use an app on a personal device, there are times when you will need your email. For example, if you need to access Facebook on a new device, or if you find yourself locked out of your account and need to request support or a replacement password.
All of these circumstances require Facebook to send you a direct verification email – which is why you need to not just know the email address but have full access to the inbox.
