As one of Facebook’s most popular features, Marketplace offers users a chance to browse products and items in their local area, picking up deals on things that they need, want, or have been looking for.
The more you browse Marketplace, the more you will find that the ‘Today’s Picks’ feed is tailored to your search history and preferences, considering things you have looked for in the past and items that fall your local area.
A particularly beneficial feature of Marketplace is the Saved Items feed.
This is a list of all the items you’ve previously viewed and have marked as items you want to come back to at a later date, making it easy to keep an eye on items you may be interested in purchasing.

3 Steps to Find the Saved Items Folder on Marketplace
- Once you’re in the Facebook Marketplace tab on your app, click on the outline of the user in the top right hand corner of the screen
- Click on the ‘Saved Items’ menu block at top of the user menu that appears
- This will now show all the items that you have previously saved when browsing – including those items that have been sold already
To remove an item from the ‘Saved Items’ folder, simply click on the three dots next to it and select ‘Unsave’.
How to Add Listings to the Saved Items Folder
Wondering how exactly you send a listing to that saved items folder?
Once you’re in a listing, you will see a number of options which include messaging the seller, setting up alerts on that item, sharing the listing, and saving it. Click on the heart icon with the ‘Save’ label and you will automatically send that listing to your saved items folder for quick and easy access.
It really is as easy as that!
