How to Invite People to Like a Facebook Page

If you have started a business or started a new Facebook page that’s dedicated to an interest or venture that you are looking to grow, then one of the quickest ways to grow your following is to invite friends to engage with your page.

Luckily, once you’ve built your page and have access to the professional dashboard feature, then inviting friends to like or follow your page couldn’t be easier. Here’s how to do it.

5 Steps to Invite People to Like Your Page

1. Make sure that you are signed in and active on Facebook as your page (you can confirm this by checking the profile picture in the corner – it should display your page’s profile image)
2. Click on the menu button in the bottom right hand corner of your app
3. Select ‘Professional Dashboard’ from the menu blocks
4. Scroll down to the ‘Tools’ menu and click on ‘Invite People to Connect’
5. Within this menu, you can send direct invites to those who have interacted with your posts but who don’t follow you, or you can invite friends who are connected to your personal account

If you are looking to really grow your page then our advice is to explore all the options – inviting both those who are aware of your page already, and those who are your personal friends but who may not yet know about your new venture.

The more people you invite to follow and like your page, the faster it will grow!
