- Head to your Instagram profile and click on the menu button in the top right hand corner of the screen
- Navigate to ‘Settings and Privacy’, then to the Accounts Centre
- Click on ‘Password and Security’
- You will see a list of login and security check options. Select ‘Where you’re logged in’. This will provide you with an overview of all the devices where your connected accounts are logged in. Clicking on each account will tell you exactly how many devices it is linked to.
- Click on the red label ‘Select devices to log out’ and click on any that you wish to disconnect from your Instagram account
