- Scroll down to the section titled ‘How You Use Instagram’ and click on ‘Account History’
In this section, you can see a full breakdown of the all the changes that you have made to your profile directly. This includes past bio updates as well as name changes, password changes, updates to your bio link, and more.
You can view this information and access your history in chronological order based on the dates you specify – or simply browse the default list.
You can even narrow the list down to purely show Instagram Bio updates, by selecting the ‘Update Type’ dropdown in the top right hand corner and selecting ‘Bio’.
