There is a way to look up your entire watch history on the app, but it will take a few days for you to receive the information. You can request data from TikTok, so they can send you a file with all of your account information up until the day of your request. This includes your entire watch history. Here’s how to request it:

- Tap “Profile” on the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top right corner of your screen.
- Select “Settings and privacy.”
- Tap “Account.”
- Select “Download Your Data.”
- Choose whether you want the data to get sent as a TXT or JSON file.
- Tap “Request data” at the bottom of your screen.
It will take up to 4 days for TikTok to send you the data you requested. They will review your request and when it’s been approved, all you need to do is verify your identity before you can finally download the data file. The data file won’t show you information from before you requested the data, so don’t use this method if you want to view your immediate watch history.
