How to View Reels on Facebook

Reels are a style of content on Facebook that is considered highly engaging. They are short and concise and are often likened to Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.

Reels are designed to tap into the increasingly popular form of video marketing, which places emphasis on highly engaging clips. They are often enhanced by audio overlays and /or music and can have text added to them as well as visual overlays and more.

For many users, watching and scrolling through reels is a good way to pass some downtime. But how and where do you find these short but engaging videos on Facebook?

3 Steps to Find Reels on Facebook

1. Navigate to your Facebook home screen
2. Along the bottom of the screen, select ‘Videos’
3. Along the top, underneath the ‘Video’ heading, you will see four different options. Click on ‘Reels’ to exclusively browse the available Reels, or you can select ‘For You’ to scroll through the different video types that Facebook thinks you will enjoy the most

Alternatively, you may well find that, if you regularly watch reels on Facebook, some of those that the platforms deems appropriate for you will be placed directly in your feed.

And after watching one Reel video, you can scroll up to watch the next in your recommended Reels feed – and so on until you get bored!

Happy scrolling!
