How to Change the Time Zone on Facebook
With Facebook so closely linked with the device you are browsing on you will find that there are a number of settings that have to be adjusted via the device settings as opposed to your Facebook settings specifically.
One of these settings is time zone.
Facebook doesn’t have a clock on it and does not directly tell you what time a post or update was shared. Rather, it simply lets you know how long ago the post was shared – for example, one hour ago, one day ago, or one week ago.
This means that time zone doesn’t really matter. Instead, you can simply see how long before you saw the post, it was shared – and react accordingly.
And if you want to change the time zone, you will need to do so via your device in order to access the correct local time.
