- Open the Messenger app and click through to your conversation history with the friend who you want to play a game with
- Click on the plus sign icon along the bottom of the chat screen, located in the far left corner on the same line as the chat text box
- Select the tab which is indicated by the gaming control
This will open a pop up menu of games that you can start playing in Messenger. When you select and click on a game, the other user will be sent a message asking them to play with you.
